RO1 Interlock Sequence

Feed Pump FP-01 ON → pH Dosing DP-01 ON → SMBS Dosing DP-02 ON → RO1 Skid ON → HPP-01 ON → Post-pH DP-03 ON. Trip on FP-01/HPP-01 stops entire RO1 group.

RO2 & Recovery Line Sequence

Permissive: MPT Tank > 15%. Transfer Pump TP-01 ON → Pre-RO2 pH DP-04 ON → HPP-02 ON → RO2 Skid ON → XV-RCY-01 opens to recycle RO2 reject back to RO1 inlet.

EDI Flow Interlock Permissive

Flow Switch FS-01 must confirm NORMAL feed flow (>5.0 m³/h). If FS-01 trips to LOW, EDI unit de-energizes immediately to protect resin cells.
