Terms of Service & Engineering Engagement

Guidelines governing our automation proposals, engineering consultancy, software licensing, and site commissioning services.

Last Updated: January 1, 2026

1. Acceptance of Engineering Terms

By accessing this website, requesting a Request for Quotation (RFQ), or commissioning engineering deliverables from Navionix Technological Solutions ("Navionix"), you agree to the conditions detailed herein.

2. Proposals, Quotations & Scope of Work

All technical and commercial quotations issued by Navionix are formulated based on the P&IDs, electrical schematics, and functional narratives provided at the time of inquiry. Any modifications to I/O counts, instrumentation types, or hazardous area classifications post-quotation will be documented and invoiced via formal Engineering Change Orders (ECO).

3. Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) & Site Commissioning (SAT)

All turnkey control panels and custom PLC/SCADA applications undergo pre-shipment FAT protocol execution. Client approval on FAT documentation signifies readiness for shipment. Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) and wet commissioning are conducted in coordinated windows subject to client facility utilities, raw material readiness, and mechanical installation completion.

4. Safety, Compliance & Environmental Regulations

While Navionix engineers adhere to international engineering standards (GAMP-5, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, ISA-101, IEC 61131, ATEX), the final plant operator remains responsible for facility safety infrastructure, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) site execution, and statutory environmental discharge approvals.
