2. Handling of Engineering Drawings, P&IDs & Technical Data

All engineering drawings, single-line diagrams, Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), User Requirement Specifications (URS), PLC code backups, and SCADA database exports shared with Navionix for quotation or project execution are treated under strict confidentiality.

We execute mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) prior to receiving proprietary process information. Client automation logic and process recipes are never shared, published, or re-utilized across competing facilities without express written authorization.

3. Information We Collect

• Contact Information: Name, work email address, company or facility name, telephone number, and job title provided via our RFQ forms.
• Technical Project Details: System scale, preferred PLC/SCADA makes, estimated I/O counts, and timeline parameters required to formulate engineering estimates.
• Usage & Telemetry Data: Standard browser telemetry (IP address, operating system, page views) used exclusively for performance optimization and technical security.

4. Data Retention and Security Protocols

We maintain role-based access controls, encrypted offline backups, and secure code repositories. PLC program archives and validation packages are retained in strict alignment with client quality assurance protocols and regulatory validation retention windows (e.g. 21 CFR Part 11 requirements).
